Mindset! How are you? I know it's a difficult time, here are some ways to help shift your mindset...

How you are? I wanted to check in just in case some of you are struggling to the point that you are not actively connecting with others at the moment! I know it a challenging and stressful time especially if you or your loved ones have been or are unwell. Family is the most important thing to me and I am sure is to you too!

Due to the current levels of fear and scarcity I wanted to give you a few tips to help you feel happier within.

This is a shortlist of things to be mindful of and do to shift your mindset and help you focus:

  1. Be conscious of your Self-Talk - think positively, think about what you do have and what's good at the moment

  2. Change your language and the words you use when you are talking

  3. Be aware of the thoughts you need to feel good and practice it

  4. Identify your Mental Blocks -  these are the messages you're telling yourself

  5. Learn new ways of thinking and things you have not done before.

  6. Talk to people that match your desired mindset

  7. Create new habits to support your mindset change such as listening to music.

  8. Choose activities that make you smile - telling jokes with my boys works for me!

  9. Set yourself small goals to achieve and celebrate them.
