On Saturday 19th October, Victoria Bell and I are hosting a Neurodivergent-Friendly Wellness Day created to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect with your motivation in a space where you don’t need to mask or explain.

Whether you’re neurodivergent, supporting someone who is, or simply carrying the invisible weight of everyday life, this day is designed to help you come back to yourself.

Expect gentle activities, nourishing food and conversations, time to rest, a calming yin yoga session, thoughtful workshops, and the kind of understanding that doesn’t need words.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more focused, with your energy renewed and a deeper connection to what truly matters to you. This isn’t just about slowing down, it’s about reclaiming the clarity, confidence, and calm you need to move forward feeling empowered.
